This article covers the payout conditions for an Era Trade Funded account: when you can submit a request, how your share is calculated, what limits apply, and what happens during the payout review and transfer.
1. Basic Conditions and Requirements
Payout Schedule
You can request a payout every 15 or 30 days — whichever you choose. The countdown starts from your first completed trade on the Funded account, not from the date you purchased the challenge or received access to the account.
You can submit a request once your chosen payout date arrives, provided that your account is in profit and the other conditions have been met.
Profitable Days
In the current calculation period — the payout period — you must have at least 3 profitable days.
A profitable day is a day on which your account balance increases by at least 0.5% relative to the previous day's balance/equity. The system records balances at 00:00 UTC+0. On a Funded account, profitable days are counted within the current payout period; you can check their number in the account details in your dashboard.
Profit Split
The standard profit split is:
- 80% to you;
- 20% to the company.
This profit split is applied when calculating the amount you receive. Your account's trading profit and the amount paid out to you are not the same thing.
2. Payout Limits, Carryover, and Improved Terms
Minimum and Maximum Amounts
- The minimum payout amount is 1% of the account's starting balance, including the company's share. This is the threshold before profit is split between you and the company.
- The maximum payout to you is 10% of the account's starting balance per payout period. This limit applies to your share after the profit split is calculated, as shown in the examples below.
Both limits are based on the account's starting balance, not its current balance after earning a profit.
What Happens to Profit Above the Limit
If the payout amount exceeds the maximum allowed, the remainder is not forfeited or cancelled. It stays on your account and can be withdrawn in subsequent payout periods, provided that you follow the rules.
You continue trading on the same account. Partial payouts are allowed: you do not have to withdraw all available profit in a single request. Payout limits and requirements still apply.
Increasing the Maximum Payout
The maximum payout limit may be increased after 2 completed payouts and 30 days of trading practice on the account — by emailing a request to support.
This is an opportunity to have your terms reviewed, not an automatic increase in the limit.
In addition, if your trading is consistently successful, Era Trade may increase the size of your Funded account and your profit share. This is a separate opportunity to improve your terms and should not be confused with increasing the payout limit for a single period.
3. How to Submit a Request and What Happens to Your Account
Submit your request through the “Payments” (“Payouts”) section of your Era Trade dashboard.
- Check that you are eligible for a payout. Your chosen payout date must have arrived, and your account must meet the requirements for profitable days, payout amount, and trading rules.
- Close all positions and cancel all pending orders. At the time you submit your request, your account must have no open positions and no active or pending orders.
- Open “Payments”. Fill in the payout request form.
- Enter the crypto wallet address where you want to receive your payout. Before submitting, check the address, the selected currency, and, where applicable, the transfer network.
- Submit your request and wait until the payout is complete.
View-Only Mode
After you submit the form, your connected trading account is switched to view-only mode while the payout is being processed.
Opening new trades is prohibited throughout the entire validation and payout waiting period. All positions must remain closed until the withdrawal is fully completed.
4. Currencies, Fees, and Processing Times
Available Payout Methods
You can request a payout in the following cryptocurrencies:
- USDT — on the TRC20, ERC20, or BEP20 networks;
- BTC;
- ETH;
- LTC.
Fees
Era Trade does not charge an additional fee for withdrawing payouts or referral bonuses.
Processing Time
Payout review and processing take up to 5 business days.
- Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.
- The processing period starts on the day after you submit your request.
5. Payout Calculation Examples
Example 1. A Payout Within the Limit
Your account's starting balance is $100,000. You earned 10% in trading profit, or $10,000.
With the standard profit split:
- your share: $10,000 × 80% = $8,000;
- the company's share: $10,000 × 20% = $2,000.
Your share does not exceed the payout limit for the period. If the other requirements are met, the full $8,000 is available for payout.
Example 2. A Payout With Carryover
Your account's starting balance is $100,000. You earned 13% in trading profit, or $13,000.
Your share under the profit split:
$13,000 × 80% = $10,400.
The maximum payout per payout period:
$100,000 × 10% = $10,000.
If the other requirements are met, you receive $10,000 in the current period. The remaining $400 is not forfeited, stays on your account, and can be withdrawn in subsequent periods, provided that you follow the policy.
Carrying over the remainder does not waive the requirements for the next payout period, including the minimum payout amount, and does not allow you to bypass the maximum limit.
6. Rule Violations and Loss of Payout Eligibility
A positive financial result alone does not guarantee a payout: your account must comply with Era Trade's trading rules.
When All Profit Is Cancelled
If you breach the daily or overall drawdown limit, your Funded account is closed and all simulated profit is cancelled, regardless of whether your account is profitable.
If a violation of other risk management rules results in account closure, you also lose your right to a payout. In the event of contract termination or a breach of Era Trade's Terms of Service that results in account closure, the same policy of profit cancellation and loss of payout eligibility applies.
When the Consequences Are Set by a Specific Rule
If a particular rule specifies special consequences, those consequences apply. Not every first violation results in immediate account closure and cancellation of all profit:
- News trading: on the first violation, profit earned during the prohibited news window is cancelled without closing the account. Repeated or systematic violations may result in account closure without the right to a payout.
- Martingale: on the first violation, profit earned using martingale is cancelled. On the second and subsequent violations, the account is closed without the right to a payout.
Detailed requirements and consequences are described in the article “General Trading Limitations”.
