An Era Trade Instant account is an account format without a 1-stage or 2-stage challenge. After receiving access, the trader trades under the Instant account rules and may request a payout after meeting the trading-day, profitable-day and risk-rule requirements.
Available Instant account sizes: $5,000, $10,000, $25,000 and $50,000.
Core Instant account conditions

- Maximum trading days: none
- Maximum overall loss: 5% of the starting balance
- Maximum daily loss: 3%
- Maximum risk per trading idea: 2%
- Consistency rule: 25%
The consistency rule applies only to Instant accounts. It means that the best single trading day must not account for more than 25% of the total profit reviewed for payout. Formula: best day profit ÷ total profit × 100. Example: if total profit is $1,000, the largest profitable day must be $250 or less.
If any mandatory condition or risk rule is breached, the account may be restricted, switched to view-only, closed, and the right to payout may be cancelled after risk-team review.
