Refresh is a one-time option available only during certain promotions announced by Era Trade. It lets you reset your daily drawdown to 0%, provided the maximum daily loss limit has not yet been breached.
The button appears automatically in the challenge interface as soon as you start the challenge and daily drawdown tracking begins. It will appear only if the challenge was purchased during an active promotion.
This is not a permanent feature — it works only for eligible challenges purchased during officially announced promotional windows.
Example: You purchased a $200,000 challenge during a promotion. The daily drawdown limit is 5% = $10,000. On one trading day, your loss reached $9,600. Since you are still within the limit, the Refresh button appears on your challenge dashboard. You press it, and your daily drawdown resets to zero, as if the loss had never happened. You can continue trading the same day with a clean slate. |
Note: You can use the button only once during the entire challenge, and it works only on daily drawdown.
